1. Best tip: buy an alt for OGB; put him in a Loki or Tengu, fit for minimum scan siggy. In combat, have him sitting at a safe somewhere, watching dscan for probes. Cloak as needed.
2. If plexing, light up ALL plexes in all surrounding systems, regardless of whether you plan to run them or not. Yeah, it pisses people off. 
3. Use a cloaky alt (maybe same as OGB noted above) to sit off the plex gate; if someone warps to your plex, bail to a safe, reposition cloaky at another plex, and head to that plex. Be sure cloaky alt scans for ships inside the plex.
If you're going to exploit FW, do it like everyone else that's complaining on the forums but doing himself in-game.
